Terms of Use

1. Who provides the service

Yumatic is a service provided by Juan Burillo, with Tax ID (NIF) 70267645T and address at C. Vía del Berrocal, 47, 28411 Moralzarzal, Madrid. You can contact us at hello@yumatic.app.

2. The service

Yumatic generates personalized recipes with artificial intelligence based on the ingredients and preferences you choose, and lets you save them. We offer two plans:

• Free plan: up to 3 generated recipes per day and up to 10 saved recipes. Includes ads.
• Yumatic Pro: unlimited recipes, unlimited saved recipes, combining several diet types in one recipe, early access to new features and no ads.

We may improve, change or remove features of the service. If a change significantly affects what you pay for with Yumatic Pro, we will let you know in advance.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Yumatic. You must be at least 14 years old, provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account.

4. Acceptable use

When using Yumatic you agree not to:

• Get around your plan's limits, for example by creating several accounts.
• Access the service in an automated or bulk way, or try to overload it.
• Try to access other users' data or parts of the system you are not allowed to access.
• Use the service for illegal purposes.

If you breach these terms we may suspend or close your account.

5. AI-generated recipes

Recipes are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate information, including calories, which are always approximate.

Yumatic does not provide medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Always check the ingredients if you have allergies or intolerances, follow proper food safety practices and consult a professional if you follow a diet for health reasons.

You may freely use the recipes you generate for personal use.

6. Yumatic Pro: payments and renewal

• Yumatic Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. The price and billing period are shown on the pricing page and on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the corresponding amount at the start of each period.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from "Your Account" > "Manage Subscription". You will keep Yumatic Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for and will not be charged again.
• If we change the price, we will notify you before your next renewal and you can cancel before it applies.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason, by writing to hello@yumatic.app. Because Yumatic Pro starts working as soon as you subscribe, at your request, the refund may deduct an amount proportional to the time you have already used the service.

8. Advertising

The Free plan is partly funded by Google AdSense ads. Yumatic Pro users do not see ads. See our Privacy Policy to learn how advertising works and how to manage your consent.

9. Intellectual property

The Yumatic brand, the website's design and its code belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights over them beyond using the service.

10. Liability

We work to keep Yumatic available and working well, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of generated recipes or for service interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

11. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from "Your Account". If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so it does not renew.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you by email before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
